  2. Paul; I love what you do! Very interesting with awesome results. Just a beginner's question: Where do you get your stamps or stencils? I have been looking for some but cannot find what I would like to have on my paintings. I am using drywall plaster also as well as some texture paste I make; have you tried Gesso? Thanks for your teachings!!!

  3. I began this journey in 1971! I have picked up many "texture makers" along the way. My advice is for you to keep your eyes open in all stores. I have also carved a few special things and searched on the internet. I use some Lego pieces, doilies, stamps, bottle caps, rulers, and whatever else strikes my fancy. No, I have never tried Gesso - I should look into it because several people have mentioned it as a texture-making tool. The best to you.
