I applied about 1/8" plaster on board, and it looked about right? I started applying the doilies and designs right away but they look muddled - not anything like your youtube videos! Usually I wait two hours for each coating (whether acrylic paint or the gloss medium) to dry. I've been known to take advantage of direct sunlight and a hairdryer to speed things up!Paul Bozzohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09127028803653820935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3534317988027444435.post-35118323711917835602012-04-09T18:58:03.691-07:002012-04-09T18:58:03.691-07:00Hi Paul, You do such a ...Hi Paul, You do such a great job!
I wanted to know how long you wait between the different layers: between the acrylic to the gloss medium and between the gloss medium and the next layer of acrylic?
Thanks,
RichieRichiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00443671490228900727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3534317988027444435.post-74179275453068263882012-03-14T07:43:27.846-07:002012-03-14T07:43:27.846-07:00Thanks Randy - The video was no small job either, ...Thanks Randy - The video was no small job either, but lots of fun to work on!Paul Bozzohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09127028803653820935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3534317988027444435.post-29496385960240041252012-03-14T04:24:29.433-07:002012-03-14T04:24:29.433-07:00very nice...it is always great to see the entire p...very nice...it is always great to see the entire process...thank you for taking the time necessary to put something like this together....my older students need a bit of video like this to show them the amount of work that goes into a small piece of art...randy mckeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05243887952239208215noreply@blogger.com
