I had the pleasure of meeting with the Wellsboro Art Club yesterday. I presented a slide program about my painting and photography. Below are three images I presented which show some of the steps in reaching a final "fine art" photograph. There were 55 other images in the presentation.

Photography
I find myself drawn more and more to photography and the "digital darkroom" - here are some recent examples of my interest in the houses of the northern tier of Pennsylvania. All three are found in Bradford County.
Above I have added some texture. Below I have added some selective color and have left the rest of the image B&W.

Oldie but a Goodie
This painting hangs in a private home. I had heard that it existed, but I could not remember making or selling it so many years ago. I think it dates from the mid 1970s. Many thanks for the group effort of three friends and the owner for capturing this image!

My favorite artist!
Lana is half way through kindergarten. Her mermaids are sisters - big and little. They are reaching for the stars.
